    For the last few weeks I have been seeing Erin for some left arm discomfort she has been awesome. You know that feeling of monotony with exercises and stuff, Erin's personality puts all that stuff aside and makes the experience rewarding. Thanks for putting the fun in routine exercise Erin. Life Mark Amherst have a great Christmas Holiday. If you are looking for some Christmas inspiration check out the Christmas program at Amherst Wesleyan Church December 24 two services 10:30 am and 6:00 pm. Church like you have not seen it before. Fun and inspiring.
